Yes, the maximum order value for Cash on Delivery is ₹2,500. For orders above this amount, you can pay using cards, Net Banking, or other online methods.
COD availability depends on our courier partners. If your location is not serviceable for COD, you can still place your order using online payment methods.

No, there are no hidden charges. The price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay.Check that your internet connection is working.
Sometimes, due to unforeseen reasons, the amount might be debited from your side but wouldn't have been received by us yet. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, your bank or card may take 2 to 7 business days to process it and such orders will not be processed.
If your payment fails, please try again after checking your details such as card information, billing address, and internet connection.
In some cases, the amount may be debited but not received by us immediately. If this happens, your bank will usually reverse the amount within 2–7 business days.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines vary based on your location. You can check the estimated delivery date by entering your PIN code on the product page.
During sales or promotional periods, delivery may take an additional 2–3 business days.
If you are unavailable, our delivery partner will attempt delivery again or contact you to reschedule.

You can track your order by following these steps:
- Log in to your Momochan account
- Go to “My Account”
- Select “Order History”
- Click on “View Details” for your order
- Use the “Courier Tracking” link
We try to ship all items together. However, in some cases, products may be shipped separately from different locations. You will be notified for each shipment.
Currently, changes are not possible once the order is placed. However, you can cancel the order before it is packed and place a new one. No cancellation charges will apply.
If the package appears tampered or damaged, please do not accept it and contact our support team immediately.
Returns & Exchange
You can request a return or exchange within 8 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
Currently, exchanges are only allowed for size changes of the same product, subject to availability.
Delivery timelines for exchanged products depend on your location. During sales or promotions, it may take an additional 2–3 business days.
Yes, you can cancel the exchange request before the item is dispatched. After cancellation, you can place a new return request if needed.

Refunds
Refund is initiated within 2 business days after product pickup
It may take 2–7 business days for your bank or wallet to process the refund
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (card, bank account, or wallet).
Refunds for COD orders are processed to your bank account or UPI ID.
No, cash refunds are not available. Refunds will be processed digitally.
Returns Process
- Go to “Order History” in your account
- Select the product and request a return
- Pack the product and hand it over to the courier partner
- Refund will be processed after inspection
Pickup will be arranged within 3 business days after the return request is placed.
No, pickup is only available from the original delivery address.
Refund is processed after quality check:
- Online payments: 2–7 business days
- COD: Bank transfer or store credit options available
- Online payments: Refunded to original payment method within 2–7 business days
- COD orders: No refund required since no payment was made
