Momochan currently delivers orders across India and also supports international shipping for selected locations.
All deliveries are handled through reliable third-party courier partners who specialize in secure and efficient order fulfillment.

Delivery Time

For domestic orders within India, delivery usually takes 4–6 working days from the time the order is processed and dispatched.
For international orders, delivery may take up to 16 working days, depending on the destination country and local logistics conditions.
The exact estimated delivery timeline will be displayed once the delivery pincode is entered during the checkout process.
Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on factors such as courier operations, location accessibility, and unforeseen logistical delays.

Delivery Schedule

Delivery at Address

If the customer is not available at the time of delivery, the package may be received by any responsible adult present at the delivery address.
We recommend ensuring someone is available to accept the order to avoid repeated delivery attempts.

Transfer of Ownership

Once the order has been successfully delivered and signed for at the provided address, ownership of the product is transferred to the customer.
After delivery confirmation, Momochan will consider the order as successfully fulfilled.
